It's a recipe for 10,000 Bundy ranches, which sounds seriously horrible, but it's not a coup. The power of ICE is 100% dependent on the impotence of their victims--pure bullies. If they are in active rebellion, feds can legally deploy troops against them, and they have no prayer.
