Literary Corner: Really Sad!

From Stan Brakhage, Dog Star Man, 1961-64.

Floating in Limboland
by Donald J. Trump

Can’t believe how badly
Fox News is doing in
the ratings. They played
right into the hands of the
Radical Left Democrats, & now
are floating in limboland.
Hiring fired Donna Brazile,
and far worse, allowing endless
negative and unedited commercials.
Fox News is dead. Really Sad!

From the Twitter feed.

"Unedited commercials"? I'm imagining some kind of experimental non-narrative commercial from the 1960s, by Stan Brakhage or Nam June Paik.

Really?

I found a piece of this story in a story from Monday by Cheryl K. Chumley at Washington Times:

In an “Antrim Michigan Forensics Report” dated Dec. 13, the personnel of Allied Security Operations Group — a team of defense, military, Secret Service and intelligence professionals, led in part by an academic from Harvard with expertise in business and technology — found this: the Dominion Voting System in place in Antrim County, Michigan, for the 2020 election hardly passed the smell test. It recorded a 68% error rate. Oops.

Big oops.

In fact, the system was found to be “intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results.”

Well, maybe not exactly—the CFO of Allied Security Operations Group, rejoicing in the pornstar name of Russ Ramsland, only claims to have a Harvard MBA (1979) and experience as an "academic" only to the extent of

working with the Reagan White House, NASA and MIT to develop new semi-conductor materials on the U.S. Space Shuttle for SDI

which sounds mostly like it was more than 32 years ago, since which time he has been an "international business entrepreneur from West Texas" who may have "co-founded" the "popular Texas Embassy Cantina near the former Republic of Texas Legation building in London, England where it operated for 18 years" and contested Pete Sessions's congressional seat in the 2016 Republican primary, getting 23% of the vote. As to his firm, ASOG, it seems to be offering some kind of cybersecurity services, but with its own peculiar emphasis

which is probably not meant to suggest that it supports election fraud. It was founded in June 2017 and registered in Dallas, and I have a hard ascertaining whether it has ever done any business except for being summoned, apparently by noted unregistered foreign agent General Mike Flynn, for some election fraud work in Michigan.

He was the bright spark, among other things, who claimed ballot stuffing causing turnouts in Michigan precincts of up to 350%

Russ Ramsdale says:

  • From 225,000 to over 400,000 votes are highly questionable.  This was a mess from top to bottom, and we think there is a stunning amount of fraud buried in this election.
  • There are over 3,000 Michigan precincts where the number of votes cast compared to the number of voters estimated by the Secretary of State ranges from 99% all the way up to 350%.  Those kind of numbers don’t exist in the real world.

only it turned out that the precincts with the excess vote weren't in Michigan

In an affidavit filed in a Georgia case, Ramsland also appeared to make a mistake by confusing townships in Minnesota with townships in Michigan, according to national media reports.

He was there for the Sydney Powell lawsuit filed 26 November, helping nourish the suspicion that there was something wrong with the way Biden's vote totals got a lot higher when reports from precincts overwhelmingly favoring Biden were added

According to an affidavit in the suit, Russell Ramsland, Jr., identified as part of the management team at Allied Security Operations Group, focused on spikes in votes tallied for Biden after 2 a.m. on the day after the election.

"Yet another statistical red flag in Michigan concerns the dramatic shift in votes between the two major party candidates as the tabulation of the turnout continued," Ramsland said in his affidavit.

and alleging sinister intentions behind

an error in GOP-leaning Antrim County, where initial and unofficial results showed Biden ahead. The county eventually pulled its results from its website, realizing something had gone wrong and finding that Trump had actually won the county.

Antrim County Clerk Sheryl Guy, a Republican, told Michigan lawmakers the issue stemmed from changes the county had to make to its ballot to accommodate two jurisdictions. When the software company, Election Source, sent her a flash drive to upload the changes, the updates were applied to just the two jurisdictions. But all of the county's Dominion Voting Systems tabulators should have received the updated software.

Now he's back with Antrim County, the only case of a genuine error his "team" has found, with a 22-page account of his fearless "forensic audit" of the tabulating equipment in Antrim county

Photos demonstrating that actual computer equipment was personally touched by persons known to the leadership of the Allied Security Operations Group audit.

in which evidence is shown that the discrepancy in the numbers from those jurisdictions was exactly the ridiculous kind of discrepancy everybody has agreed it was from the start, and obviously caused by a software glitch.

Ramsdale's official Michigan client, "Bill Bailey", I refuse to believe that's his real name, is now not even complaining about the Biden-Trump results but those for a proposal to license a marijuana dealership, and the school board results are being placed into evidence, because, I guess, it should be clear that the object of this maneuvering isn't to overturn Biden's election, to the extent it ever was, so much as spread the feeling that "it's all rigged" in every direction you turn—and of course to raise more money for Trump's "leadership PAC".
