This kindhearted troll concerned for General Flynn's family was so daunted that he never responded at all, but I think there's some value in laying out something about his legal situation, apart from his 2015 work in support of RT television and violation of the retired officers' version of the emoluments provision, with a new and especially delusional lawyer, who may be advising him this year to break his annual customary guilty plea
IANAL but I don't think you can really do that after he's pleaded guilty and been convicted.— YASTAROTH DUKE OF HELL (@Yastreblyansky) October 26, 2019
He was clearly guilty. It's laid out in Mueller. He discussed Russia sanctions on phone with Ambassador Kislyak on December 29 and 31 2016 and told FBI investigators on January 24 that he didn't. Period. And the lie impeded the investigation.— YASTAROTH DUKE OF HELL (@Yastreblyansky) October 27, 2019
And then still more interesting is how Trump inserts himself into the story, forcing Flynn out on 2/13 but hugging him and promising to "take care" of him, asking Comey on 2/14 to stop investigating him, telling Christie that firing Flynn has brought an end to "the Russia thing". pic.twitter.com/7Pr0qUSOUv— YASTAROTH DUKE OF HELL (@Yastreblyansky) October 27, 2019

While Trump's public defense of Flynn seemed to suggest the possibility of a pardon, and Trump's private lawyer John Dowd in late 2-17 was dangling the possibility in front of Flynn's lawyers, after Flynn's original guilty plea in September 2017. pic.twitter.com/ANGMOOoaI4— YASTAROTH DUKE OF HELL (@Yastreblyansky) October 27, 2019
A view that was reinforced the SECOND time Flynn offered his guilty plea, a little over the first, on December 18 2018 before Judge Emmett Sullivan: pic.twitter.com/auIaUeYtF2— YASTAROTH DUKE OF HELL (@Yastreblyansky) October 27, 2019
At that time he decided he'd agree to cooperate a bit more rather than take a jail sentence for the crime he'd just confessed to again. Now, almost a year later, he's fired his attorneys, and hired a new one out of the rightwing noise machine who wants to talk about Mike Jr.— YASTAROTH DUKE OF HELL (@Yastreblyansky) October 27, 2019
So no, it's pretty clear that Flynn has failed to cooperate with the special investigation, has done nothing to deserve a lightened sentence, and has doubled down in the hope of a presidential pardon. Flynn Jr. has nothing (nothing good anyway) to do with it. You're welcome.— YASTAROTH DUKE OF HELL (@Yastreblyansky) October 27, 2019
