The terrible backlog isn't President Biden's fault. Presidents, even FDR, have to work with the tools Congress give them. GOP went AWOL on the issue 10 years ago as they turned to the slogan Charles Lindbergh was using in 1940 and Trump is using today.

They seemed to want one when they joined a compromise plan in 2013. I don't believe they care at all now. They love the issue and exaggerate it every chance they get, as with the panic they tried to start over Title 42 last week or the Fox fraud over homeless veterans this week.
