The leaks are coming from inside the pipe. Via. |
When Costa's sources are getting interrogated we're getting to the end https://t.co/4fySdOjr0l

You would be right if that were true, but it's not. DOJ has been extremely good except for a few Trumpy rogues.

Costa's whole shtik has always been placing leaks from very highly placed Republicans. They're the sources for this story.
He has made his entire career placing leaks from top-level Republicans. He has no sources in DOJ. Back in 2013, when he was still working for National Review, he was known as "the Republican whisperer" https://t.co/8RVYgHts92 The ones who are being interrogated "have the info".

One of the most egregious examples was just last week, when he posted the fake news that he would be arrested on Tuesday, calling it an "illegal leak" when he was the only one leaking it, and it wasn't even true. He raised $1.5 million off it https://t.co/2lLW9nRf9h

Yes, when it comes to choosing between well-known facts and your world view, whether it's the reportage of Robert Costa or the history of epidemiology (every pandemic since the beginning of time has had a zoonotic origin), I'll lean to the facts.

LOL you accuse the FBI of being a "deep state" actor guilty of all kinds of incredible deception and yet you choose to believe them against almost everyone else in an area where they don't even have any expertise.

I agree the lab leak is possible, but think it unlikely.
You're Gish galloping me now, jumping from subject to subject instead of responding to the facts I show you, and I'll probably be muting you soon, but first, where did you get a leaked report that Meadows is cooperating with Jack Smith? I can't find anything but speculation.
— Per Yaspera ad Astra (@Yastreblyansky) March 27, 2023
No reply to the last so far.
No, wait:
It was in the leaked report by Costa. Of course, leaks against Trump are just speculation, but liberals love leaks against Trump. It gets them so excited.
— Jim Collins (@JimCollinsJr) March 27, 2023
That he must testify is not a leak at all, it's a well-known fact. This story isn't about him, that's just background--the leaked story is from Corcoran, and it's about his testimony in the documents case, which I think (speculation) will be very bad for Trump...
— Per Yaspera ad Astra (@Yastreblyansky) March 27, 2023
In leaking it, Corcoran is trying to let the air out of the story before it gets into the court filing and, as I said before, seize control of the narrative. Kind of the way Barr told his lies about what was in the Mueller Report a month before release. https://t.co/gXq8zGK9M7

(Or, since those crimes were mostly obstruction of justice, the other crimes of Trump and his gang that the obstruction was used to hide.) Corcoran's little anonymous leak to Costa is a very small matter in comparison, but it's the same, typically Republican principle.
— Per Yaspera ad Astra (@Yastreblyansky) March 27, 2023
My speculation, once again, that Corcoran himself leaked it, but he is the one who knows best what he told the grand jury three days ago, and who would want to be spinning it more than him? https://t.co/T2QudSdvwI
— Per Yaspera ad Astra (@Yastreblyansky) March 27, 2023
But it's not a leak "against Trump"--unless, of course, Corcoran is throwing him under the bus, which would be quite understandable and a whole lot of fun. That's when you could start accusing me of loving leaks and getting excited, should it happen.
